Mediation

Mediation is a process in which the parties to a dispute are given an opportunity to craft their own solution or settlement. The process has been formally recognized by Texas Statute and provides the parties which a safe environment in which all communication is privileged (non-admissible in a court of law), and in which confidential discussions can be conducted with the Mediator whose role is to help facilitate the crafting of a solution or settlement. Although the Mediator has no power over the parties, makes no judgments concerning the merits of the various claims and therefore can impose no solution, the process properly administered has been extremely successful in settling many cases at great savings emotionally and financially to the parties involved. Raymond Schneider is a Certified Mediator who has taken advance mediation and arbitration courses at Harvard University and has handled numerous Court Ordered and voluntary mediations principally involving business and financial disputes.
